Your PRO subscription with the Content AI trial is currently under this email address [see Sensitive Data section]. Please make sure to login to that account first.

Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

If not, an error message should show up upon clicking the refresh icon or button. Please share that error message here.

We have added 2 websites connected to this account.

However, we regret to inform you that due to legal restrictions and compliances, we are no longer accepting users from sanctioned countries.

Since both websites has a Russian IP address and since we are enforcing the current sanctions on Russia, the Content AI won’t work on this website.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to whitelist this website as that goes against the policies we are enforcing.

If you would like to get a refund on this purchase do let us know and we’ll do the needful.

For these two websites, they are not restricted.

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
