- Fair Usage Policy: There is a fair usage policy in place for the personal license. If our systems detect abuse, such as sharing your license with others or using it on client websites, your access may be restricted.

If you own those websites, then you can use the Rank Math PRO on all of them.
Regarding your developer, they won’t need to access your Rank Math account as they can work directly on your WordPress dashboard.

You are right, after you have installed and activated both the Rank Math FREE and Rank Math PRO plugins on your site, to activate Rank Math PRO, simply log in to the Rank Math account with the subscription then on the same browser reconnect your site to Rank Math from WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help.
This way, all your personally owned websites will have access to PRO features under your single license. The WordPress admin email can be different; that won’t affect your Rank Math connection.
