When you create a new option in WordPress, the default is to have it autoloaded as you can see from this function here: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_option/
We don’t change that default behavior with our options, and the size of our options is not that big which could cause any performance issues by being autoloaded.
Regarding the change you asked for, you can change the autoload option, but as soon as that option is regenerated, the default behavior will return to your website.
If you want, you can delete the option rank_math_seo_analysis_results from the wp_options of this site and then disable the SEO Analysis Module from the Rank Math dashboard.
