  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap. It seems like there might be a specific problem with the product part of your sitemap. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check the Sitemap URL: Ensure that you are submitting the correct XML sitemap to Google. The correct URL should be something like `https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQLvCBVev3I&list=PLsq48xCzb38l8zI2Vdypr96TZzpPUe1_1.

    2. Flush Permalinks: If you are getting a 404 error, try flushing your permalinks by going to the Permalinks settings in your WordPress dashboard and clicking Save Changes without making any changes. This can often resolve access issues.

    3. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any conflicts.

    4. Review Robots.txt: Make sure that your robots.txt file is not blocking the product sitemap. You can check this in Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.

    5. Custom Canonicals: If you have set custom canonical URLs for your products, they may not appear in the sitemap. Consider removing those custom canonicals to allow Rank Math to generate them correctly.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

That is usually due to extra whitespace at the end or beginning of the functions.php file on your theme or to some plugins.

To troubleshoot this, you can try switching your theme to the default one and see if the issue goes away. You can also do the same with your plugins. You may follow this simple guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists on your end, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
