Integrating Google Analytics

    Rank Math free

I am in the process of setting up Google Analytics and when I select my account it’s all there but as I check the property there is nothing there so Google Analytics isn’t setting up correctly. I’m kind of stuck with it at the moment. Here’s a screenshot https://ibb.co/KhZtN27

I am also wondering whether you are similar to monsterinsights with an added benefit of being free..? 🙂

  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Are you using v4 of Google analytics?

If so, please note that GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:
    create a property
    and then choose
    ga 3

On Monster Insights comparison; currently, there are things MI does better than Rank Math but only you can decide if those features are worth the extra money.

If all the information you need to run and improve your website is already shown in Rank Math, then you do not need a separate plugin or another subscription and you can only use Rank Math PRO. But if the data you need from MI is not available in RM, then you can continue to use MI until we enhance the Analytics feature further.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
