Need Help with FAQ Schema on Home Page // autoini.com

    Hello,

Here are the details of what I’ve implemented so far:
    Page: https://www.autoini.com

    1. I used the Accordion block on my homepage to display FAQs and enabled the option to “Add FAQ Schema Markup” via the Rank Math SEO plugin.

    2. I also manually added FAQ schema under the SEO tab by creating it separately.

    My questions are:

    1. Since I’ve already enabled the FAQ schema option within the Accordion block via Rank Math, do I still need to add the FAQ schema manually through the SEO tab? Or is it generated automatically?

    2. When I test the homepage using Google’s Rich Results Test tool, it initially showed two errors due to duplicate schema. However, now it shows “No items detected.”
This is confusing because we have already added Organization, Website, FAQ, and Article schema on the homepage.

Could you please guide me on this?
    Thanks again!

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the FAQ Schema on your homepage. Thank you for providing detailed information about your implementation.

    1. FAQ Schema Generation: When you use the Accordion block and enable the option to "Add FAQ Schema Markup" in Rank Math, the FAQ Schema is generated automatically. Therefore, you do not need to add the FAQ schema manually through the SEO tab if it is already being generated by the Accordion block. Having both can lead to duplicate schema issues, which might be causing confusion.

    2. Rich Results Test Tool: The message "No items detected" in Google’s Rich Results Test tool can occur for several reasons. It may indicate that the tool is not recognizing the schema due to potential conflicts or errors in the implementation. Since you mentioned that there were previously errors due to duplicate schema, it’s essential to ensure that only one instance of each schema type is present on the page. You might want to remove the manually added FAQ schema from the SEO tab and rely solely on the Accordion block for generating the FAQ Schema.

So, now I have removed the FAQ scheme but still it says the same thing “No items detected
No rich results detected in this URL.” So, please can you help to check the site home again https://www.autoini.com

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Those schemas are added to your homepage automatically by Rank Math. They are also validated by using this tool:
    https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=7w1UJ4FctEdtHWuP2kMW5Q

Please note that Rank Math automatically adds the necessary Organization schema on your site, and the information is fetched from the data you have in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.

    Looking forward to helping you.
