    Hi RankMath Team,

Our site https://conders.co.uk is showing “n/a” for all metrics in the Analytics dashboard, even after reconnecting Google Search Console and GA4.

    We’ve:
    • Reconnected all accounts.
    • Confirmed correct permissions.
    • Cleared cache and refreshed data.

Still, no data is loading (screenshot attached). Can you please help resolve this?

    Best regards,
    Vikram 😊

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math Analytics showing "N/A" for all metrics. Thank you for providing detailed information about the steps you’ve already taken.

Here are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can verify this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab.
      Open the Websites tab

    2. Refresh Tokens: If the Analytics data still appears as "N/A", it might be due to expired authorization tokens. To refresh them, you can delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnect your Google services through Rank Math.
Remove Access to Rank Math SEO

    3. Import New Data Manually: Navigate to the Analytics section under Rank Math SEO → General Settings. Ensure that the Search Console and Analytics modules are connected correctly. Then, scroll down to click on Delete Data in the Analytics Database section, followed by Update Data manually.
Delete and Update data in Analytics

    4. Check for Errors: After performing these steps, head over to the Analytics page from Rank Math SEO → Analytics and check for any errors in the Search Console or any plugin conflicts. You can do this by right-clicking on the page and selecting Inspect Element.
Check Developer Console for any errors

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this for you soon!

    Hello,

In this case, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:

    Step #1.
First, add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    Step #2.
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.

    Step #3.
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.

    Looking forward to helping you.
