This issue usually occurs when Rank Math hasn’t recalculated scores for your posts. The SEO score is only refreshed when content is edited or recalculation is triggered.
Can you please confirm if you are using any custom page builder to construct your content? If so, please do let us know what kind.
Also, try navigating to Rank Math → Status & Tools → Database Tools (ensure you’re in Advanced Mode), and click Recalculate SEO Scores. Allow the process to finish without closing the browser
