    Rank Math free

On our website we currently have rank math getting data from more pages than we have on the website. We have 34 pages, 33 published & 1 draft, yet on the analytics overall optimisation tab says we have 127 pages, 31 with no data.

We have recently updated our website so old pages have been removed & new ones added from scratch, is the data from the old pages still being viewed by rankmath?

  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math analytics showing data for more pages than you currently have on your website. It seems that the analytics may still be referencing old pages that have been removed.

When you update your website and remove old pages, it can take some time for Rank Math to reflect these changes in the analytics. The data shown in the analytics might still include references to those old pages until Google re-crawls your site and updates its index.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check Google Search Console: Ensure that the old pages are no longer indexed by Google. You can use the URL Inspection tool in Google Search Console to check their status.
    2. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear your site’s cache to ensure that the latest data is being fetched.
    3. Re-sync Data: Sometimes, re-syncing the data in Rank Math can help. You can do this by going to the Rank Math settings and refreshing the analytics data.
    4. Wait for Updates: It may take some time for the analytics to update after significant changes to your site.

If the problem persists, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
