We checked the page you shared with the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool, and we can see it is returning a 403 error.
We are not able to see any disallow rule in your robots.txt file. In this case, please try clearing your website cache, including any server-level cache, and check again.
If the issue persists, please get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure they are not blocking Facebook and other social media bots from their server.

We tried checking again now and we can still see the 403 status code when we test the affected URL in Facebook’s Sharing Debugger so your website is still blocking Facebook’s crawler as you can see from the screenshot below:
This is something you need to discuss further with your hosting provider.
