Tables missing in my installation

Reading on the KB and due to the fact that my analytics doesn’t work at all, I’ve noticed that there are two missing tables in my DB.

I succeded in creating the two missing tables but the analytics doesn’t work. I’ve just removed the errors in error.log so I’ve checked what tables RM has in another WP site.

These are the tables I’ve in another site where I’ve just installed RM

and these are the tables I’ve in my site where I’ve installed RM from the very start

As you may see there are a lot of missing tables. What’s happening? It’s clear that something is gone wrong during one of the updates.

    What can I do?

  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please uninstall Rank Math and install it once again.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

If you need them I can give you also the cpanel credentials so you can access the phpmyadmin. It seems that the tables are correct but I’m getting a lot of errors anyway

Sorry, for precision. No errors in error.log but the analytics data are missing.

Ok problem solved. I’ve had to create manually these two tables, reconnect everything and now the analytics data are in finally!!!

    Hello,

We are glad the issue is resolved.

If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.

    Thank you.
