Change “Content AI Starter” to “Rank Math Pro Plugin”

    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I recently made a purchase on May 10, 2025, and after reviewing my receipt and account dashboard, I realized that I mistakenly bought the Content AI Starter plan instead of the Rank Math PRO plugin plan.

    My intention was to activate Rank Math PRO across my websites, especially pullupbarkt.com, but currently only khanhtrinhvn.com shows PRO (likely due to the free trial), while the other website remains on the Free version.

    Since I do not need Content AI at the moment, I kindly ask you to help me either:

    Convert my purchase from “Content AI Starter” to “Rank Math PRO Annual plan”,

    Or, alternatively, issue a refund so I can purchase the correct plan.

    I truly appreciate your support and look forward to your kind assistance to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
