free verses Pro issue

    Hi,
    I just reinstalled my website on a new server.
    I can see in my account here under Websites it sais my website is Licensed Pro, but I can only download the free plugin. Not sure whats wrong or if it is just me being wrong 🙂

    I remember last year I had sometrouble being signed in with my google account and having purchased it with my other email, but if I remember correctly you merged the accounts then, and if I try to sign in with my other email now it sais that it does not exist, so it is properbly me doing something wrong.

    Hello,

    We checked your Rank Math account, and we can see the Rank Math PRO subscription under this account expired on October 9, 2024.

    Now, if you want to use the PRO subscription again, you’ll have to re-purchase it from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/

    However, if you have an active Rank Math PRO subscription with some other email address, please share that with us so that we can locate your account.
