2 & 3: We checked your website, and we can see that Google is showing your website logo in the Images:
However, there is no way we can control the images shown in search results. Google search algorithms select images that they believe will benefit users.

You can use tools like Imgur for screenshots or Loom for screencasts.
Please note that there is no way we can control the images shown in search results. The Google Search algorithms select the images it believes would benefit the users.

Circling back to this, it seems you are referring to the favicon in the search results page.
Please note that our plugin doesn’t control the favicon; it is usually your theme that is generating the favicon, so you need to make sure that your favicon is properly configured. You may check with your theme author for that.
Even so, it is up to Google to decide if they wish to insert the icon on the search engine result page; it will depend on several factors: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search
Adding the logo in the Local SEO settings does not replace the site favicon. The site logo uploaded in the Rank Math Local SEO settings is used in the organization schema generated by Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/local-seo/#logo
