    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request urgent assistance with my account, which I am currently unable to access.

    Issue:
    I purchased an RM PRO subscription, but recently I discovered that my account details have been compromised. When I attempt to log in, I am unable to access my account. Additionally, when I try to reset my password using the “Forgot Password” option, I receive an error stating that my email address is not found.

    Details:

    The email address I used for the account is m***********@h**********.

    I have a screenshot of my payment details and dashboard, which I can provide as proof of purchase.

    The email address I am using to attempt recovery is correct, as it was the one used during the purchase.

    I would appreciate your urgent assistance in recovering my account. If you require any further information or documentation from my side to verify my identity and account ownership, please let me know, and I will provide it as soon as possible.
