I purchased an RM PRO subscription, but recently I discovered that my account details have been compromised. When I attempt to log in, I am unable to access my account. Additionally, when I try to reset my password using the “Forgot Password” option, I receive an error stating that my email address is not found.Details:

I have a screenshot of my payment details and dashboard, which I can provide as proof of purchase.
The email address I am using to attempt recovery is correct, as it was the one used during the purchase.
