VAT ID Could Not Be Validated During Checkout

    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

    I’m trying to purchase the Rank Math PRO plan via FastSpring, but I’m encountering an issue with VAT validation. Here’s a summary of the problem:

    Email used for purchase: a*************@g********

    Company Name: Ideal Web Construct SRL

    Issue: When entering my VAT ID, the message “Your VAT ID could not be validated” appears, and the VAT is still being added to the total. (VAT ID is RO48163800)

    Billing Country: Romania

    Expected behavior: As a VAT-registered EU company, I should be able to reverse charge the VAT.

    I’ve double-checked the VAT ID format and confirmed it’s valid via the VIES validation tool.

    Could you please help validate the VAT ID or advise on how to proceed with the purchase without VAT?

    I’ve also attached a screenshot of the checkout page for your reference.
