Ignore comment about items missing in Dashboard – it was set to Easy Mode instead of Advanced mode.
I still get the following JS error in the Console when attempting to access either of Status & Tools > Database Tools or Status & Tools > System Status. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and disabled caching and security, but the issue persists. The file referenced in the error as inaccessible can be accessed via the browser and correct permissions are assigned ot the folders and files.

This is a production site and I can’t really afford to have anyone experimenting with any aspect of the site, such as disabling plugins or doing anything that might affect the normal operation of the website.

With the Health Check plugin installed, Twenty Twenty Four theme active and all plugins disabled except Rank Math SEO, and with no custom CSS or custom JavaScript, the issue still persists.
Issue resolved: clearing the local browser cache solved the problem.
