    I am trying to get a refund For the last couple of days since the plugin is not working on my website after trying all the workaround you guys suggested allong with my web developer. My original ticket for some reason is now requesting permissions for me to view and follow upo on it. So i decided to open a new one.

    Please follow through with th e refund. I have tried everything and it is not working.

    Please confirm.

    You can see the refunded amount under Refunds and Returns.

    Lastly, you can check your account or call your bank to verify if the amount has been reversed.
