Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Rank Math account to the Google Search Console. It seems like there might be a problem with the connection or the way the data is being fetched.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
-
Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab.

-
Reconnect Your Google Services: If your website is connected but still shows a blank screen, it may help to refresh the connection. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and clicking on Disconnect Account. After that, reconnect your account by clicking the Connect Now button.

-
Refresh Tokens: Sometimes, the authorization tokens from Google may expire. To refresh them, you can delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnect it through Rank Math.

-
Check Google Search Console: Make sure that your website property is created and verified in Google Search Console. If not, Rank Math should help you set this up automatically when you connect.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
