    Hello Team

    The other day my gmail account was compromised so I deleted it entirely not realising it would impact on my rankmath account.

    The old email address was graemejad@gmail. I cant log into my RM pro account accordingly.

    My new email address is listed below

    Please help me log in again as I am all paid up via paypal as you know and I need to account to work.

    I can provide a list of my current websites using the pro service or my PayPal address

    We have verified your old email account. However, the username Tomoko33 is not registered on our website, and this very account you use has the email address of g***me@auto***ts.com.

    Can you please confirm if you want us to merge your old account with that email address instead?

    Gra######@aut###imports.com is a free account that is useless and I only used it to write this message.

    My active Pro account was on graemej##@gmail which is dead and non existent as I deleted this email address so I am happy to mention it here.

    I want to merge the account belonging to the above deleted email address with the new one provided in the sensitive data.

    I paid for Pro in December and sent a copy as shown.

    I require the password or a new password for the account belonging to g********@g******** please

    Hello Rakibuzzamnan,

    Actually I have just marked the ticket as active again as I an not satisfied with the answer provided. I simply gave up as I am old and time is precious at my age lol. I was just going to wait until the end of the year and cancel my automatic payments and find an alternative such as yoast or come back as Free only.

    But I do have a PRO account under G********@g******** and this needs to be credited to my new gmail account mentioned in sensitive data.

    p.s why would I show you my Paypal receipt for your pro service and still have only a free account under the email address mentioned by your friend?

    Like I mentioned to him. I have two accounts under two email addresses. 1 Free and the other graemejad@gmail paid.
