Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing after switching from AIOSEO to Rank Math. It seems that the import process did not recognize the previous plugin’s data, which can lead to the problems you’re experiencing now.
To restore your meta data and fix the errors, we recommend that you try importing your settings again. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export → Other Plugins. Here, you should be able to see the option to import data from AIOSEO if it was installed correctly.
If you continue to have issues or if the plugins are still not listed, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on your site’s configuration.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it!

Hello,
Unfortunately, our scope of support does not extend to chats, phone calls, or remote applications like AnyDesk or Zoom apps.
Regarding the issue, have you already uninstalled AIOSEO on your site?
We have asked since the import section looks for the metadata and previous settings from plugins, and if they aren’t available, then the data must already have been removed or deleted from your site’s database.
Looking forward to helping you.
