We deeply apologize for the confusion. It seems like this was created by the fact that last year the subscription was skipped to give you a free year, and that means that this year it tried to renew a subscription that no longer exists.
Our company no longer offers the $59 per year subscription, so this renewal was for an old product.
We have refunded this renewal to your payment source, as this cannot be used to renew the subscription.
If you would like to still use the PRO subscription, you will need to purchase it from our pricing page here: https://rankmath.com/pricing
For this first year, we can keep the old pricing via a partial refund after the purchase, but after that, the pricing will switch to the current model.
