Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Content AI. It seems that your account shows you have 750 credits available, but since you are unable to use Content AI, there might be a need to refresh your credits.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI.
- Look for the option to refresh your credits and click on it.
Here’s a screenshot for reference:

After refreshing, try using Content AI again, and it should work without any issues. If you still encounter problems, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!
Still showing 0 credits in the wordpress panel. When I try to refresh it, it says – Could not generate. Please try again later.
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help
and then click on Connect Now
.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
Let us know if this fixes the issue.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if this doesn’t help or you have any follow-up queries.

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
