Hello Rank Math Support / FastSpring Team,
I am trying to purchase the Rank Math PRO plan, but I continuously encounter the following error message during checkout:
“We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”
I have tried:
Using multiple payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Re-attempting the purchase on both mobile and desktop devices
Adding a payment method directly via the FastSpring account page
Unfortunately, none of these attempts have been successful. I’ve attached screenshots of the issue for your reference.
