    I have just activated the PRO version of RankMath on the new website breinclima.it, and shortly afterwards I received the email attached below.

    Could you please confirm whether this message is legitimate or just spam?
    If it is indeed legitimate, what actions should I take? What issue might have occurred?

    Hello,

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Regarding the error, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math.
