Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
It seems the subscription was purchased using a different email address, rather there’s a typo in the email address. We have gone ahead and reset its password and added the login information in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.
You can change the password and again as well as your email address in your account page when you login to your Rank Math account.
