Cannot Pay – RankMath Payment System Issue???

    I have previously written and have not had a reply.

    I cannot seem to pay for a subscription. I have tried 4 different payment methods with 3 different cards. I have called my banks to see if there is an issue. I have followed all the AI advice on problems that could occur for not being able to make a payment. I have disabled pop up blockers, etc.

    Nothing works. I’d like to upgrade to the Pro service for individuals.

    How can I make this happen.

    Is one reason that I have 2 plugins within my wordpress for RankMath. One for the free version and one for the paid version?

    I have tried another payment method on another computer and still does not work.
    Surely you are taking payments regularly from Australians.

    I just don’t know what to do anymroe?

    Regarding 2 plugins, Rank Math PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight, so you will need both the free and PRO versions of the plugins to be installed and activated at the same time, so the PRO version will work.

    We just checked the status of the payment in our system and all of them fail with a generic soft decline. This means you would need to contact the card issuer and ask them to approve this transaction as it is failing on the credit card company.

    Thanks for the feedback. Ok, I have gone back to the main bank with card ending 6301 and discussed with them. They have said they cannot see any transaction attempts. I have provide the company name “Rank Math” for them to search in addition to the proposed fee. I tried recently before calling them and they searched back to May 13. THis reaction has been the same for the other 2 cards from each differenct banks where it says it cannot process the transaction. The bank is advising this does not seem to be an issue on their end. They have gone and searched a few differenct systems I guess to see where the issue might be and could not find it. They cannot even take down a temporary fraud blocker, because there is not transaction attempts they can even see to do so.

    I question where you see that there is a generic soft decline, whether that is coming from your payment process “Fast Spring” and not my banks. Because again I have tried 3 different cards, from 3 different banks, plus I have even tried paypal.

    It’s got to be on your end or with your payment processer. If this is happening to me, bot to wonder how many other’s it is happening too and how much else you are losing business?

    Can you check with Fast Spring? Or whatever you are using?
