Now, on top of the RankMath update conflict with the Lasso plugin, we’re getting an error on our sitemap.
The error reads: “This page contains the following errors: Error on line 2 on column 1: extra content at the end of the document. Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.”
There is nothing “below” where it says there should be a rendering of the page up to the first error.
I see that other people are also having sitemap errors…does anyone else have any insight into this?
I’m really surprised that no one from RankMath appears to be responding to all of these issues since the update and rollout of Pro. I’m very disappointed in their poor customer service (especially since I was just recommending RankMath to one of my entrepreneur mastermind groups today).

I am really sorry for this late reply, we were really busy answering lots of threads and it was really difficult to follow the pace of the published threads.
That issue is usually due to some extra whitespace in the functions.php file. If you can’t find it, I will be more than happy to check it for you.
To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
