Đã thanh toán rồi nhưng không sử dụng được dịch vụ

    Tôi đã thực hiện thanh toán cho dịch vụ RankMath nhưng hiện tại vẫn không thể sử dụng được các tính năng của tài khoản trả phí.

    Chi tiết như sau:
    • Email tài khoản: k***************@g********
    • Thời gian thanh toán: 04/23/2025
    • Phương thức thanh toán: thẻ tín dụng
    • Mã giao dịch (nếu có): 6127559949

    Tôi đã thử đăng nhập lại và kiểm tra tài khoản nhưng trạng thái vẫn hiển thị như chưa nâng cấp. Rất mong quý đội ngũ kiểm tra và hỗ trợ kích hoạt dịch vụ sớm nhất có thể.
