If the issue persists, let us know the website URL and if you’re getting any error message upon refreshing the Content AI credits in Rank Math > General Settings.

Hi I have followed these steps and the RankMath account on the Rank Math site is showing the site connected to it, as is the client’s site, but the plugin is not showing the ai options under the ‘Content Ai’ section (blurred out with the ‘Supercharge Your Content With AI’ banner).
I also see this “0 credits left this month. Credits will renew on or you can upgrade to get more credits here.”, but I have not used any, and the RankMath site says “Content AI credits: 0 / 7500”
I would show you images, but I can’t seem to see an option to upload them to your support system.
