  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with adding SEO keywords and Page Title Details in Rank Math. It seems that you might be experiencing a technical issue that could be related to plugin conflicts or JavaScript errors.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with Rank Math. You can follow our guide on checking for plugin conflicts to identify any issues.

    2. Inspect for JavaScript Errors: JavaScript-related errors can also prevent the settings from displaying correctly. You can check for these errors by opening the Developer Tools Console in your browser. Here’s how to do it in Chrome:

      • Open Chrome and navigate to your page.
      • Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, go to More Tools > Developer Tools.
      • Click on the Console tab to see if there are any errors.
        Open Developer Tools
        Open console tab

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!

Checked with other plugins but no conflicts I request you to please check and solve the problem.
    Thanks,
    Manoj

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We can see you’re using the backdated version of WooCommerce on your website. Can you please update this to the latest version and see if that works for you?

If the issue persists, we might need the FTP logins of your website.

If you’re not sure about your site’s FTP logins, you can get in touch with your hosting provider and then share the logins in the sensitive data section.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Right now I am using 9.1.2 version and in plugin page, it is NOT showing any updates to this version. So I think this is the latest version.
Can you please check for the same?

    Thanks for your help
    Manoj.

    Hello,

The latest version of WooCommerce is already at 9.8.5, so you have already missed several updates of that plugin, which could explain why it is not showing on your WordPress dashboard.

In this case, we recommend getting in touch with the WooCommerce team to update the plugin and safely transition your site to their latest version.

    Looking forward to helping you.

After updating to WooCommerce latest version, the problem solved.
Thanks a lot for your help.
    With Best Regards,
    Manoj.
