Custom taxonomies on breadcrumbs

Hi, I have created a Custom Psot Type ARTICLES and two Custom Taxonomies, EXPERIENCES AND TRAVEL. Each taxonomy has some subcategories. No matter what I did, the breadcrumb is shown like Home/ARTICLES/Post title. Now, I read a post in Rank Math Forum that I should set the Primary Taxonomy and that I did. But I can select only one taxonomy for the ARTICLES. So, only posts in the EXPERIENCES or TRAVEL will have the correct breadcrumb structure. To say no more, I need the breadcrumbs like that.

    Home/ARTICLES/EXPERIENCES/Subcategory/post title
    Home/ARTICLES/TRAVEL/Subcategory/post title

Since I am at the beggining of the development, I would apreciate a fast reply to deside if I will CPTs or the default WordPress Categories.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To customize pages/posts breadcrumbs to include taxonomy and/or categories you can head over to Rank math> General Settings > Bread crumbs and you will see the options to enable like below:
    step-1

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi, thanks for the reply. This is not working. I had already tried that settings. It looks like custom taxonomies have no afect to the breadcrumbs. Show category(s) is on and Hide Taxonomy Name is off but still shows only the Custom Post name, not the taxonomies included..

    Hello,

    I see what you meant.

Fortunately, Rank Math has a lot of filters to customize the plugin behaviour as you want. I will share with you a link to the filter I think you will find useful (and also to all the other filters): https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-breadcrumb-settings

Please make sure to make a backup of your site before you attempted to do this.

I hope this helps. If not, feel free to contact us again.
