We don’t have the Rank Math SEO Meta box for the attachment pages. You can only change the metadata of your attachment pages from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Attachments: https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/#media

Previously, when I installed the Rank Math SEO plugin, I was able to enable Rank Math SEO in the Screen Options within the WordPress Media Library. By checking this box, I could access the Snippet Editor for media files — allowing me to edit the Meta Title, Permalink, and Meta Description.
However, after installing the latest version of Rank Math SEO, the Rank Math SEO checkbox no longer appears in the Screen Options of the Media Library. As a result, I can’t enable the Snippet panel for media files.
Why is this option missing in the new installation? Has this feature been removed or moved elsewhere?

The Edit Snippet panel isn’t displayed on the Edit Media screen because Rank Math does not inject its Meta Box into attachment edit pages; it’s only available for posts, pages, and custom post types.
To configure your attachment page’s metadata, please go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Attachments.
We removed the Rank Math SEO checkbox from the Screen Options on media pages to streamline the interface and avoid thin‑content attachment pages being individually indexed. Any metadata changes should be made globally there and will apply to your media library items
