    Hi,

    We attempted to install and activate the Rank Math plugin on our website less than two months ago. However, despite your team’s support, the plugin could not function properly due to conflicts between our primary URL and a masked URL.

    I would appreciate it if you could share a list of all changes made during the troubleshooting process, including the names of any files your support team modified while trying to resolve the Rank Math activation issue.

    In your previous ticket, we didn’t make any changes to your website during the troubleshooting, which you need to revert.

    However, we always recommend using the WP Activity Log plugin on your website so that you can monitor the changes we make on your site.
