    Hi RankMath,

I’m reaching out because I’m not sure where our problem is.
We’ve created a Woocommerce store, and have changed our permalinks to /e-shop/%product-cat%/ as suggested by woocommerce.

But for some reason, our site won’t load our category pages, and only gives us a “Site could not be found”.

We are not sure if Rank Math is doing anything (We haven’t selected anything in settings), but we don’t know if we need to, to get it to work.

    Hopefully you can help

    Best regards
    Thomas

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please share the category URL so we can check as well? You can add it to the sensitive data section by editing your first post

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

Meanwhile, you can check if this is caused by the Strip category base feature:

    Looking forward to helping you.
