    I’ve run into a similar sitemap issue before—it turned out to be a plugin conflict that was affecting how Rank Math was generating the sitemap. Clearing the cache and deactivating other SEO plugins helped in my case. Also, double-check that there are no extra spaces or hidden characters in your robots.txt or .htaccess files.

    If your site is for a niche like Cabin Sheds Builders Texas, and you have custom post types, make sure those are enabled in the sitemap settings under Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Post Types. Sometimes they’re unchecked by default, which can trigger errors even though the sitemap appears accessible.

    I did these all things …… Nothing helped even checked Htacess robots.txt other plugins are working well only the rankmath shows error

    Hello,

    We checked the post sitemap, it is opening and validating correctly without any issues.

    In this case, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

    However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
