    Hi,
    I don’t see my website name in my Rank Math account, but in the backend of the website (WordPress) I see that it is connected to the rank account. I can’t find my pro subscription either.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Also, please share the website URL in question so we can check that as well.
