    Hi,
    I purchased RankMath Pro version yesterday, using the email address c***@p************. After I successfully purchased it, I returned to RankMath to check the biling, but found that there was no purchase record. I tried to choose to change the payment method, but after giving the email address, I did not receive any message in my email.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    If you can’t locate the receipt, you may share the last 4 digits of the card you used to purchase the plan in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.
