can't connect account, can't access functions - Support

Rank Math pro

rank math exists in my menu bar but clicking it opens connect account only and then clicking this simply opens the dashboard without doing anything else. I have no Rank math dashboard. I have the free account to trial it.

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

After that, you can see all your connected sites here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

Regarding the connection issue, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers or any extensions that will prevent the connection of your website to your Rank Math account.

You can also try using incognito mode or different internet browser for troubleshooting.

No. I have no dashboard on my website. I have a “connect account” link which doesn’t work and that’s it.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello,

We have installed, activated, and connected Rank Math SEO in your website.

First issue, is Rank Math is not installed (sceenshot 1)

We installed and activated the plugin and skipped the first connection and were prompted to use the Rank Math Installation Wizard. But we also skipped that part for you.

Then, we connected the account, and all modules are now available.
