I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to inform you of a billing issue I experienced during my recent purchase.
When I initially attempted to pay via PayPal, I encountered repeated errors and was unsure if the transaction had been completed. As a result, I retried the process twice with PayPal and eventually decided to proceed with my credit card, which worked successfully.
After reviewing my account, I noticed that multiple payments have been registered, even though I only need one subscription. Please:
Cancel and refund the two PayPal transactions
Keep active only the payment made via credit card
Ensure I am not charged extra due to this issue, as it was caused by a technical error on your checkout page
I kindly request that no additional charges are applied, as the duplicate payments were not intentional. I appreciate your support and understanding in resolving this as soon as possible.
