SEO analysis shows login page instead of homepage in Rank Math preview

    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

I am encountering the following issue:

In the SEO analysis and snippet preview, Rank Math shows the login page of my Live site (not just the staging site) instead of the correct homepage.

I have confirmed that the homepage is correctly set under WordPress → Settings > Reading, and it is publicly visible.

There is no maintenance mode or redirect leading to the login page.

The SEO analysis cache in Rank Math has been cleared, and I have re-run the analysis.

Despite these settings, Rank Math continues to show the login page in the preview.

Could you please help me understand why Rank Math is pulling the incorrect URL, and if there is a specific method being used during crawling or preview generation?

Thank you in advance for your support!

    Best regards,
    Josie

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We can see that the Elementor coming soon page is still active on your site.

Please temporarily disable the Elementor coming soon feature and check if the issue persists.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

thank you very much for your reply.

We are currently working on a staging environment, not the live website.

The Elementor Coming Soon mode is not active on the staging site – it has been disabled to allow full access for testing purposes.
So the issue we’re facing is not related to the Coming Soon feature.

Could you please take another look or advise what else might be causing the problem?

Thank you again – we appreciate your support!

    Best regards!

    Hello,

You should use the SEO Analyzer on your live site to fully utilize the features and tests.

Moreover, Rank Math uses an external script (Thum.io) for that snapshot, so we cannot do anything from our side. That screenshot is only updated when the service’s cache runs out, which usually happens after a week or so.

However, please note that this will not affect your live site’s mobile screenshot as search engines test your current site’s state (which works fine).

In this case, you may need to give it some time to clear its cache, and your website’s mobile version will be shown on the Analysis tool.

    Looking forward to helping you.
