    Hello. I erroneously cancelled the subscription to RankMath Pro – I was charged 95.88 in April. I want to reactivate it. I have a different credit card that I would like to give you.

    Sorry, but since your previous Rank Math PRO has been refunded and canceled, we are no longer able to re-activate it.

    Please purchase a new plan from here if you wish to continue using the PRO features.

    Don’t worry, all your previous Rank Math settings will remain upon purchasing a new plan.

    Hi Thank you for that advice.
    1. I have tried to repurchase the Rank Math Pro using my (different) credit card, but it is not allowing me to move forward. It gives me the following notice: “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

    2. I also have another payment coming up- Content AI starter. I went to update the payment option with the proper credit card. Again, it is also showing ”

    The credit card I used in the begining is longer valid. We don’t use this card. That is why I’m updating the cc information to new.

    Hi. I don’t think you understand my issue. Where I tried to repurchase Rank Math Pro or update the payment information with new cc, it is giving me the following notice
    “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”
    I think it is a transactional error at the point of purchase. Please kindly looking into it and help me to add new cc. I have recurring cc payment coming Content Ai. I don’t want that to be cancelled because old cc is not valid.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Don’t worry; none of your settings will be lost during the transition. Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database, and the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.

    Hello. I check marked everything you listed. But it continue to give me the same error remark. I used two different computers, logged on to RankMath attempted to make the payment. I continue to get the same error. The two credit cards are valid and I have been able to use them at multiple locations. So it confirms the issue is not with my cc.
    I’m not happy with your services currently. please provide an email to your ceo so i can write to him directly

    Despite multiple emails to your support team, I have received only generic responses that fail to address or resolve the issue. My web administrator believes the erroneous cancellation may have flagged my account on a blacklist, causing these payment issues.

    There was a card ending with those 4 digits that was charged on April 25th for the renewal but it’s under a completely different name and email address.

    In order to verify the identity, you need to let us know the name on the card so we can verify it with the payment made and if they match we can pass the email information along.
