    Hi,
    I recently signed up for the affiliate program so I could start referring my web clients in need of SEO services on their websites. I just referred a client a few days ago and they informed me today that they decided to sign up. However, even though I can see they clicked on my referral link and that they paid for their plan already, it says that they weren’t converted. Please let me know if there’s anything I need to wait on or if something needs to be corrected. I’m intending to refer this service to other clients, but I want to make sure that my links will work before doing so exclusively.

    Could you please share the exact URL you provided to your client?

    Our affiliate links should track properly, so it’s possible that your client revisited the URL without the ref=* parameter in the URL.
