Yes, Rank Math supports unlimited items in the sitemap index file. As long as your articles and tags are set to be indexed, Rank Math will include them in the sitemap.
You can control the number of links per sub-sitemap under Rank Math → Sitemap Settings → General Settings. Just ensure your server can handle the sitemap generation and loading speed for optimal crawling by Google.
