Change of name, subscription

    For some reason when we log in your website picked up an old employee name Stefan Gous as the account name. He hasnt been with us in a year and our card wont accept his name. We alos dont want to be asosciated with him. Can you change the unsername to “username below” and the Name of the person can be “nameofperson”.

    Also, it seems you have to buy the Pro and Ai Creation tool sperately. Why is there not the option to buy both as 1 purchase?
