We opened the same draft post, but Rank Math’s meta box is showing fine.
In this case, please check the star icon if it is unticked, as it will unpin the Rank Math from the toolbar
Also, ensure that the Rank Math option is enabled in the block editor options
Also, try zooming out the settings on your Google Chrome since the Headline Analyzer is showing instead of Rank Math’s
