Please note that you mainly purchased the Content AI, not the Rank Math PRO which we have explained here. The PRO access you have before is only a trial and since you also requested a refund of the other Content AI purchase you have that comes with a Rank Math PRO trial (see ticket of request here), you have no access to the Rank Math PRO.
