Hi there,

Confirmed: Your plugin’s feature, “Update SEO Scores | Recalculate Scores“, does not work after updating to WordPress 6.8. We get an “error” message.

When we downgrade to WordPress 6.7.2, your plugin’s feature works fine.

We are using Rank Math SEO 1.0.242 (latest version as of today).

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hi Jeremy,

Unfortunately, our company does not grant website access to unknown 3rd-party “support staff” members.

Also, this issue has been reported by other Rank Math SEO users. If you have interfaced with them, what was the solution you guys provided?

Last, did you try to replicate our issue? Can you send me a screenshot (showing WP 6.8 installed)?

A second review by another support staff member is appreciated as well.

We have released a Beta update that fixed the issue.

Please enable the Beta update by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
