    Hello.
    We just cancelled a subscription for a year for Content Ai Plan.
    This automatic payment was supposed to be cancelled by a former employee, but he didnt as we asked.
    We dont use this service, and dont plan to.
    Could you please help us recover 10month of subscription back?

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
