I’m not impressed with your reply, to be frank.
Firstly, I simply increased my subscription rate the following year, not after 3 years.
Secondly, this is not about money at all, it’s more about how you treat your customers, which in my case has been rather unpleasant and disappointing. It’s just wrong to promise something and then, without any prior explanation or notice, decide to do what benefits your interest in this case, increasing my subscription rate.
Let me be frank about this: if you did care for your customer’s satisfaction and your business, you wouldn’t have done that. Because that’d make me lose my faith and trust in you.
And for that reason, I’d never use your services again, unless you decide to honour your promise.
